Skill – kipping pull-up progressions

WOD

21-15-9 reps for time of:
24″/20″ Box jump
75/45 pound Power snatch
Chest to bar Pull-up

Cool Down – 3 X 15 GHD sit-ups & Back extensions

*Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level

    ha ha , I had the alarm set to do the 6:30 am class BUT no class on Thurs am! So glad I checked the schedule. I will TRY and do this wod Fri 6:30 am with Joe & Cammi 🙂

    8:30am Mr. Freedland will be working out, too. Feel free to join him as an alternative to 6:30am. Either way will work. Just let me know.
