CrossFit Morning/Midday Classes – Monday thru Friday at 5:15am, 6:30am, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:30am, Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12pm and Saturday at 7:00am & 9:00am

CrossFit Evening Classes – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm and Tuesday at 6pm

SHRED Morning Classes – Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30am

SHRED Evening Classes – Tuesday & Friday at 4pm

BaseFit Morning Classes – Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:45am

BaseFit Evening Classes – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at 5pm

Endurance program – Every Tuesday at 5pm

Mobility Class – Every Thursday at 8:30am & Every Saturday at 8am

Extra Open Gym – 8:30am-9:30am
