CrossFit Morning/Midday Classes – Monday thru Friday at 5:15am, 6:30am, Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:30am, 12pm and Tuesday at 8:00am, Saturday at 7:00am & 9:00am

CrossFit Evening Classes – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, Tuesday at 7:00pm & Friday at 6pm

Women CrossFit Classes – Monday at 9am & 7pm, Tuesday at 5:15am, 9am & 6pm, Thursday at 5:15am, 9am & 8pm, Sunday at 8:30am, Saturday at 7:00am & 9:00am

SHRED Morning Classes – Tuesday & Thursday at 7:30am

SHRED Evening Classes – Tuesday & Friday at 4pm

BaseFit Morning Classes – Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:45am

BaseFit Evening Classes – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at 5pm

Endurance program – Every Tuesday at 5pm

XtremeFit program- Every Friday at 6:00pm

Mobility Class – Every Thursday at 8:30am & Every Saturday at 8am

Pilates – Every 3rd Sunday of the month at 9:30am

Yoga – Every first Sunday of the month at 9:30am
