Youth Programs

We offer two main youth programs at CrownTown. Both programs are designed to build general physical preparedness before these kids enter High School. Kids should not be specializing in any training until at least 11-14 years old depending on a multitude of factors. Acquiring a strong base of strength, speed, power, balance, coordination, endurance, and mobility is important regardless if your child is an athlete or not.

Our programs take in “The Rule of 3” for our youth. Firstly, the program is designed to be effective and safe. Secondly, our Coaches have experience working with kids of all ages to ensure that they are learning the fundamentals properly, and not adding intensity or resistance until each kid is able to consistently perform the proper mechanics of basic movements. Last, but not least, we teach exercise to be fun. This will ensure your kid(s) do not get burnt out, and that our habits get carried into adulthood.
