Dear CrownTown Family,

As most of you know Governor Gavin Newsom has ordered the entire state to “Lock Down”.  Our gym will obviously not be open tomorrow and we will keep you posted, as to when we will reopen.

The staff and I will be doing online classes with FaceBook Live and other platforms. Classes will be offered at numerous times during the day. More info to follow very soon. 

We are also allowing members to use our equipment at home – this is included in your membership. More info to follow very soon. 

Coaches will also be available online to respond to fitness and nutrition questions. 

Working out and community will help us all during this time.
