29 athletes took advantage of the very first Friday night 6pm Olympic Weightlifting class. We’re excited to see such a great turnout.

Saturday

7:30am = CrossFit
9am = CrossFit
10am = CANCELLED Mobility (regular schedule resumes next week)
10:30am = On-ramp

WOD: Teams of 3 complete:

100 Calorie Row – each must do at least 15 cals
100 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
100 Thrusters, 95/65
100 TTB
100 Thrusters
100 BJO
100 Cal Row- each must do at least 15 cals
