This is the third series of questions I have answered for one of our athletes. It’s tough to ask me tons of questions during class, as my time is pressed for coaching all day. Therefore, it has been an effective way for me to address this athlete’s concerns about nutrition. If there are questions you have that I can help you with, please use this method to communicate. I want to help you all as much as possible and I invite you to take advantage of this offer. You can also email me at ww@CrossFitCrownTown.com
Make sure you all congratulate Brett Panceroff next time you see him. He passed his test and is now officially a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Yeahhhh buddy!
Larry Cacao is in OC all weekend at his certification course. Send him a note on FaceBook and wish him good skill!
Also, Kyle Bailes and Zac Marquez are repping CrownTown in a different way on Saturday. They are racing dirt bikes at the National Vet Championships in San Bernardino at Glen Helen Raceway. Click on these links for more info:
I’m going to try and get down there to watch them after class. If you get the chance, go check it out!
Last, but not least…
Saturday’s WOD @ 9am – Team/Partner style TBA
***NOTE*** I suggest you always bring a pair of substandard shoes and long socks/leg protection on Saturdays. Just sayin…
*Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level

Great way to communicate your Q & A. I know when I started Paleo it seemed hard in the beginning but once I got started it became second nature. I had a ton of questions & uncertainty but with lots of Q&A, internet research & a few books I made a lifestyle change and have had great results. Maybe you could add a Paleo & FAQ’s section to the blog
Thanks everyone for the kind words!
