Scope out Cammi Merriam during “Gator” this morning. Cammi has been making some huge gains recently. Here she is doing front squats with 95#s. What I like about this shot is it shows a great example of how to properly rack the weight in a front squat. Look how her elbows are high and arms parallel to the ground. She kept them like this on all 40 reps. Don’t sweat the technique folks!
