Tuesday

Extra Open Gym hours = 12-2pm

Endurance WOD:

Warm up:

3 RFQ:

1 min Airdyne

200m jog

Strength:

10 Turkish Getups with KB

Increase weight as you go

WOD:

3 rounds

400, :75 rest, 400

Rest 5 min between rounds 

Warm down:

Choose one mobility stretch from running poster spend 4 min. 

Oly WOD:
