Warm-up:
Same as CrossFit

WOD:
With a partner:
12 minutes of:
Row 2 minutes
Max Push-ups
(3 rounds each)

Immediately followed by:
12 minutes of:
Airdyne 2 minutes
Max Pull-ups
(3 rounds each)

Immediately followed by:
5 minute AMRAP of:
5 ABMAT SU
5 Supermen

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
