Hello everyone, my name is Mykal (Michael) Tanner and I am from Corona and I’m currently deployed. As soon as I get back (May) time frame I am able to take two weeks of leave and I was interested in training at your CrossFit gym. Before this deployment I had never even been interested in CrossFit and never attended any classes but they have been holding classes here (non affiliated gym) by trained CrossFit instructors and I fell in love with it! I would still say I am a beginner because I think I do pretty decent but I struggle really bad with three certain exercises but I was just wondering if you have any other information that your website doesn’t provide or pricing so I could look into it? My phone is turned off currently because of the deployment so the best way to reach me is iMessage or email. Thank you for your time, I appreciate everything in advance.

Sure. We’re doing the Open workout 18.4 starting at 6:15pm. Get to the gym, fill out a waiver and then sign up for a heat to complete the workout.
