Sometimes we forget the simplest things. Studies show when you’re thirsty it means you’re dehydrated. 1-2% dehydration can adversely effect your performance by up to 10%. Why would you let something you have control over hold you back from reaching your goals? Simple: bodyweight in ounces divided by two and add another 16.9 ounce bottle for every hour you’re sweating. ~ WW

***ATTN ALL CROWNTOWN MEMBERS – Yoga classes have started! Every Thursday at 8am. We’ll also announce certain Fridays at 5pm. Take advantage of this CF member perk.
