Skill work – Pose running method/drills

Here is a video from a coach to one of their athletes on a before and after. I like this video, as it gives detailed explanations along with visuals. We’ll be working on this method frequently to become more efficient at running

WOD – “Nancy”

5 Rounds for Time of:

400 meter run

95/65 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

Cool down – Tabata straight legged ABMAT sit-ups
