In teams of 3, perform a 30 minute AMRAP of:
21 Pull-ups
15 Bench Press, 205/135
9 Back Rack Lunges, 205/135 (each leg, so 18 total lunges)*one person works at a time; use team to rack barbell
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
