10 Front Squats, 185/125
10 Box Jumps, 36/30
Max Calorie Row in remaining time

-rest 3 minutes between rounds


A. 4 x 10 Hanging Windshield Wipers
B. 100 Bulgarian Split Squats w/ PVC OH
C. 4 x 4-6 GH Raises w/ arms OH, 5 second tempo decent, pause 1 second, then contract up
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
