Power Snatch, 115/80
Box Jump Overs, 24/20

ACCESSORY WORK

A. 3 x 5 Weighted Pull-ups
B. Couch Stretch, 7 minutes each leg (change position, but stay on wall)

BASEFIT

WOD

Every 6 minutes x 4 sets:
Run 400 meters
30 Wall Balls
15 Pull-ups
