SHRED is poppin with an average of 8-12 members per class. 

We are in the process of purchasing more and new kinds of cardio equipment for the gym, which will further enhance the variety of SHRED, too. 

Who doesn’t want to burn more fat, increase endurance/cardio health, recover from high intensity workouts and build stamina at the same time!?! Let’s go!
