“Bob And Weave”
5 rounds for time of:
200 meter Run
20 Kettlebell Snatch, Red/Blue (10 each side)
20 Jumping Lunges, each leg
20 Push-ups

ACCESSORY WORK

A. 200 Flutter Kicks
B. 100 Supermen
C. EMOM x 4 of Bar Muscle-ups/Chest to Bar/Pull-up (progress from previous attempts and work to skill level)

SHRED

WOD

5 minute stations:

Carioca
Bike
Row
Jump Rope
Shuttle Jog

– repeat for 2 rounds

BASEFIT

WOD

EMOM x 30 of:
Odds = 5 Burpees + 10 Wall Balls
Evens = 5 Toes to Bar + 5 Pull-ups + 10 Push-ups
