10 Toes to Bar

*Partner A does a full round, then switch


ACCESSORY WORK

A. 5 x 3 Fat Gripz Deadlift
B. 3 sets of: Lunge from KB rack to door, then Farmer Carry to handicap parking and back to KB rack (KB in each hand)
C. 5 minute Pancake stretch

 

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
