ACCESSORY WORK

A. EMOM x 6 of Strict Chest to Bar Pull-ups (try to increase from last week)
B. EMOM x 6 of Strict HSPU (pick a number that you can do unbroken each minute; we’ll build on this)
C. Pigeon Stretch, 5 minutes (each side)

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
