– NO rest between movements; 3 minutes rest between rounds
*Score is total reps between both movements over the 5 rounds

Hip mobilization with band * 3
Shoulder shrugs/flexion/abduction with band
Triceps grind
Calf grind 
Ankle band self snags 
Thoracic mobilization GHD
Back extension
