Who wins the Double Pigeon contest? 



Teams of 3 relay for 25 minutes of:
6 Clean & Jerks, 115/75 (set up teams and barbells close to TV, so it requires a short sprint to the Pull-up rig and back)
8 Ring Dips
10 Toes to Bar*shoot for FAST rounds; 8+ rounds each would be ideal


Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
