Lorenzo G. out of the country, but not stopping his lifestyle of fitness. In fact, he recruited 3 other random guys to do workouts with him. This was the 4th workout they did together: Teams of 2: One man on Bike for distance/recovery One man performing max DB Man Makers, 20-30 pounds in each hand Switch every 2 minutes until each team reaches 50 reps (25 per athlete). Losing team has to do 200 Russian twists All they had was a bike and some Dumbbells, so I sent this to them. Traveling? Not able to drop in to a box? Teams of 3 perform a 25 minute AMRAP of:
10 Back Squats, 225/155 (use rack)
20 Calorie Row
30 Push-ups

*one person works at a time; break reps however you’d like
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
