4 minutes to Run 400 meters
In remaining time:
Round 1 = KBS
Round 2 = Goblet Squats
Round 3 = KB SDHP
Round 4 = Toes to Bar
Round 5 = Push-ups
*1 minute rest between rounds
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
