3.25.15 – WOD 

 

Athletes: Nicole L. and Autumn S. with the partner pancake stretch. This is a great stretch for your hips, hamstrings and posterior chain. Grab a partner and try it out! 

Wednesday

CrossFit 

Strength:

Bench Press 5-4-3-2-1

• build to a heavy single for the day. It doesn’t have to be a 1RM, but if you feel good by all means go for it

WOD:

“Death By”

Toes to Bar

• start at 5

Immediately followed by

Kettlebell Swings, Red/Blue

• start at 10

Immediately followed by

KB Goblet Walking Lunge Steps

• start at 6 and increase by 2 each round, which is 1 more step per leg

Warm down:

6 minutes of Cardio (you choose modality)

3 x superset of:

60 plank Hold

60 pancake stretch

BaseFit

5 rounds of:

1 minute on, 1 minute off of:

Wall Balls

HR Push-ups

Double Unders

Warm down:

Same as CrossFit 

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
