Daily Schedule

12-2pm = Extra Open Gym Hours

Endurance WOD:
Warm up:
Skip 200m
Knee pulls to rig
Butt kicks back
20 Dubs
Then calf stretch :90 ea leg
Run 1000m
:60 Rest
Run 200 hard
3 min rest
Record intervals
Should be consistent
Warm down: Couch stretch 2 min ea leg

Oly WOD:
Sn Pull + Sn 50/4×2 60/3 70/3 80/3 85/2×3
F.Sq 50/6 60/4 70/4 75/4 80/4 75/5 80/3 85/2×2
Sn PP 5 x 5

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
