WOD:

50 A-Squats
25 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
50 Box Step-ups, alternate legs

Warm down:
Walk 400 meters
50 GHDSU
4 minutes alternating every :15 between Downward Dog and Cobra

Oly WOD:
Cl Pull + Cl 50/4×2 60/3 70/3 80/3 85/2×3

SQ 50/8 60/8 70/6 75/5 80/4 75/4 80/3 85/2×2
