Ride AD for 10 min
Foam roll 2min focus on quads, hamstrings, and IT bands
Stretch calves :90 
Run 1 mile
Record/Rest 5 min
Run 1mile
Record/ Rest 5min
Run 1 mile
Warm Down:
4 min of mobility from running poster

Oly WOD:
