Athlete: Robert V. cruising through his station of 20 burpees in Monday’s BaseFit workout. Did you know we added another day and time to our BaseFit program? Every Friday at 5pm. Take advantage of some extra high intensity workouts to optimize cardio-endurance and fat loss.

Wednesday

CrossFit:

Warm-up:
Jog 1 mile, then DROM drills

Test:
800 meter Run TT

WOD:
“Sadie Hawkins”

BaseFit:

Warm-up:
Same as CrossFit

Test:
Same as CrossFit

WOD:
5 rounds of:
3 minute AMRAP of:
4 DB Snatch
8 V-ups
12 A-Squats
Rest 1 minute between each 3 minute round

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
