WOD: Teams of 4, for time:
50 Rope Climbs
100 Back Squats (225/135) —> no racks, if bar touches ground before 100 reps are complete then a 50 rep penalty tacks on to this station only
150 Handstand Push-ups
200 Calories on Rower
*one partner working at a time; you must complete all reps of station before moving on to next station in true chipper fashion
Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
