Rob F. and Bre R. on an early morning run last week during the 3 rounds of 400m + max Pull-ups.


7:30am = CrossFit
9am = CrossFit
10am = Mobility
10:30am = On-ramp
12pm = gym closes


WOD: Teams of 3 perform a 25 minute AMRAP of:

60 OH Plate Lunges, 60/45 pounds
50 KB Swings, Red/Blue
40 Toes to Bar
200 meter Run w/ team plates
