Warm-up: Tabata Double Unders

WOD: Partner WOD for time:

60 Bench Press, 185/115 pounds
60 Power Cleans, 185/115 pounds
60 Handstand Push-ups
60 Pull-ups
60 HR Push-ups
60 Bicep Curls with back and hips against wall, 45/33 pounds

*this WOD has a 30 minute time cap
**with one partner working at a time

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
