WOD: For time:


3 rounds for time of:

400 meter Run
21 KB Swings, Blue/Pink
12 Pull-ups

Immediately followed by:

5 rounds of:

15 HR Push-ups
10 V-up sit-ups

Immediately followed by:

600 meter Run

*this WOD has a 35 minute time cap
