WOD: 3 rounds for time of:

400 meter Run
15 Handstand Push-ups
30 KB Snatch (15 each side), Blue/Pink

*this WOD has a 20 minute time cap


WOD: 5 rounds for time of:

50 Double Unders
35 Air Squats
20 Toes to Bar
5 Burpee Jump over the Ballistic Block

*this WOD has a 30 minute time cap

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
