WOD: Reebok CrossFit Games Open workout 14.3

*Come watch the live announcement at 5pm on the big screen at the gym

BaseFit:

WOD: With a partner; 5 rounds for time of:

600 meter Run together
50 Air Squats
40 ABMAT SU
30 Ring Dips
20 Burpees
10 Strict Pull-ups

*this WOD has a 45 minute time cap
**runs are done together all other movements is one person working at a time
