Strength: Dumbbell Clean & Push press 5-5-5

WOD: Tabata This:

8 X Burpees
8 X Plank Hold
8 X Medball Clean
8 X Flutter Kicks

Immediately upon finishing Run a 600 meter Sprint for time

Mobility at 8:30am Thursday
