Mobility starts at 10am. MWOD posted below WOD.

WOD: Teams of 3 complete 4 rounds of 6 minutes with 2 minutes of rest after each round of:

40 Calorie Row

30 KB Thrusters, Blue/Pink

Max Rope Climbs in remaining time

Score is total rope climbs at the end of 4 rounds

*one person works at a time

Don’t forget to stick around and attend the Mobility class at 10am.
