1.25.14 – WOD


Teams of 4 for everything today

Ideally 2 women and 2 men each team

Event #1

Not including warm-up each team member has 2 minutes to find a 1RM Squat Clean (8 minutes total)

Score is total pounds added up for each team

Event #2

For time:

150 Bench Presses, 135/95 pounds

150 Squat Cleans, 135/95 pounds (Bar can NOT touch ground once rep #1 is initiated until all 150 reps are complete, if dropped each team member does 5 Burpees each but one person working at a time; 20 per team)

Event #3

4 X 400 meter Relay Run

Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
