10.29.13 – Schedule


This just in! CrossFit CrownTown has been voted the BEST CrossFit gym in the IE. Over 20 gyms were nominated and votes were open for over one month. In the end, we prevailed and for the 2nd year in a row have been crowned the BEST in the IE (last year Inland Empire Magazine, this year IE Hotlist). I’m beyond grateful for everyone who took the time to cast their vote to prove that we truly are the BEST. Without the members, who make our community, our coaching and programming is useless. So, thank you again, to all the members of CrownTown for your continued support and dedication to our program. We’ll continue to do everything in our power to provide the best possible CrossFit in the IE. See you at the box. ~ WW

Upcoming Events

  • November 2nd: Interbox Friendly in Fontana. Brett R., Jamie M., Yvette M, and, Kim W. are registered to compete as a team for the second time together.
  • December 14th: CrossFit CrownTown’s Formal Holiday Party. The event will be that Saturday evening from 5-11pm at the Canyon Crest Country Club in Riverside. Tickets are $20 and include dinner, dancing, and raffle prizes. RSVP today.


5:30-6:30am = Women CrossFit

6:30-8:30am = CrossFit open gym hours

9:30-10:30am = Women CrossFit

12-2pm = CrossFit open gym hours

5-6pm = Endurance class / CrossFit Open Gym time

Skill: time trial one mile

WOD: 25 min AMRAP of:

10 cal on AD
25 wall balls 20/14#
25 med ball sit-ups
25 double unders

6-7pm = Women CrossFit

7-8pm = Quicksilver CrossFit group class / Monday make-up WOD

8-9pm = On-ramp Session #1

*Remember all CrossFit style workouts are scalable and modifiable to each individuals fitness level
