***ATTN***gym will be open from 7-10am on Saturday, 10/26. Atypical to Saturday’s, we are posting the workout ahead of time. Please plan accordingly.

Tommie Denson’s heat times for Saturday are 11:14am, 12pm, and, 3:18pm. More info below.

Upcoming Events

  • October 26th: NLI Battleground Series II at American Sports Center. Tommie D. is signed up and a few athletes are on the waiting list. Venue and schedule details TBA
  • November 2nd: Interbox Friendly in Fontana. Brett R., Jamie M., Yvette M, and, Kim W. are registered to compete as a team for the second time together.
  • December 14th: CrossFit CrownTown’s Formal Holiday Party. The event will be that Saturday evening from 5-11pm at the Canyon Crest Country Club in Riverside. Tickets are $20 and include dinner, dancing, and raffle prizes. RSVP today.

CrossFit:

A) jog CrownTown mile loop for warm-up, then roll out

B) Find a 1RM Snatch

C) Find a 1RM Clean & Jerk

D) stretch on your own for 15 minutes
