6:30-9:30am = Open gym time

9:30-10:30am = WCF

12-1:30pm = Open gym time

5-6pm = Endurance class / open gym time

Skill: 200 meter High pull with jumprope
WOD:
25 min AMRAP
800 meter run
10 burpee double unders
20 wall balls
30 superman
Mobility:
Child’s pose

6-7pm = WCF

7-8pm = CrossFit class

8-9pm = On-ramp Session #12
