5.7.13 – Schedule


Kim W. checking off her latest SMART goal with Handstand Push-ups. Remember without vision there is no activity. You must have goals, and, your goals must be SMART. Work on things that advance you in the direction of your goals more often than what I program for you. Although, I firmly believe that our programming is the best around, everyone has different areas that need to be improved. Incorporate things into your warm ups and cool downs when possible. As usual, feel free to ask any of our world class coaches for guidance in this regard.~ WW
