ATTN LADIES: I think you have figured this out by now, but your focus should not to be concerned with gaining lean muscle it should be to lose body fat. Muscle is much more dense (smaller) and burns fat. Whereas, fat is less dense (bigger), hides muscle tone and doesn’t burn anything. With that said, don’t be afraid to put an extra 5-10 pounds on the bar next WOD, as long as you’re able to maintain sound mechanics, with the goal in mind being to build muscle. – WW
