Paleo Meatloaf:

Ingredients:
2 pounds Ground Beef
1 Pkg Trader Joes Hot Italian Sausage (Squeeze the meat from the nasty casing stuff)
5-6 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
3 Tbs. of 21 Seasoning Salute (from Trader Joes)
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Whorshire Sauce (optional)

Directions:
1) Mush it up
2) Loaf it up
3) Cook at 350 degrees until 160 degrees in the middle.

Will make two good sized loafs, perfect for leftovers!
