Next time you see this woman make sure you give her props. She finished the 10K Camp Pendleton Mud Run on Sunday In 55 minutes. That is good for 7th place overall in the women’s open division. Wow! Awesome job, Rose Nutcher. – WW

50 Wall Balls (mimic division requirement)

15 Squat Snatch, 95/65 (may Power, then squat)
15 HSPU/hand release push-ups
25 Pull-ups
50 Wall Balls
100 Double unders

Rest 10 minutes, then;

Part C) Tabata Burpee Broad Jumps, 6’/5′
