4.10.12 – Schedule

Open Gym time:

7:30am-8:30am

12:30pm-1:30pm

6:15pm-7:15pm

Use the above time slots to do focus work. i.e., areas that need improvement, or make up a missed WOD. You have to put in extra work in an area you need improvement in, if you expect to get better. It doesn’t cost you anything extra to utilize this time. Use it!

Youth S&C Program:

5pm-6pm

On-Ramp Session #9:

7:30pm-8:30pm
