A peek at the flyer for the event we’re hosting on Sat, March 17th. It’s week 4 of 5 for the Open competition. For the athletes registered on our team, please make an effort to be present for this event. Once they release details about the WOD I’ll be able to create a sign-up sheet for heats, so you can pick a time to perform the workout. I encourage you to invite your friends and family for support, too. – WW
