5:30pm’s “Down & Dirty 5:30” group doing some rope climbs during the hero WOD, “White”, on Wednesday night. I’m proud to say that everyone gave it 100% and honored the fallen soldier CrownTown style.
Day #20 & 21 of the 60 day nutrition challenge (YES, 33% of the way through!). Is everyone getting at least 15 minutes of direct sunlight daily? Also, I want everyone to up their water intake to one ounce per pound of bodyweight. You do not need to consume more or less on rest days. Just stick to the plan. – WW
