Just wanted to give a shout out to praise everyone who has embraced the mental strength skills we have learned recently. I can honestly say that practicing the small things we’ve talked about will make a huge difference in our fitness. With that said, I am stoked on the culture that we are developing in the gym. It is a very positive place where everyone is sincerely interested in using the community we have to help one another get better. That is truly what CrossFit is all about. #proudcoach- WW
