Bock bock bock! I’ve heard a few of you recently complain about a stiff neck. It may have something to do with your movement. Watch this video. I hope it helps. Stop chicken necking!

WOD

CrossFit Games Masters Chipper

For time:
10 Handstand push-ups
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball to 10′ target/14 pound ball to 8′ target
30 Toes-to-bar
40 Power cleans, 135/95 pounds
50 Burpees
60 Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 pounds

    22:57 rxd (hand tore on 17th T2B so the rest of the wod just kinda sucked in grip strength which made PCs difficult)
