10.11.11 – Max Effort Day II

I registered (WW), Paula Halstead registered, Brett Panceroff registered and so did Yvette Mojarro. Let’s get CrownTown up in the mix for competition. Also, we need support/spectators so mark your calendars and let’s represent!

Max Effort Elements:

Weightlifting – 1RM Back Squat

Gymnastics – Max Effort Pull-ups

Endurance – 400 Meter TT

    1 rm back squat – 225# (weak sauce)
    Max pull ups – 29 (weak sauce on my grip)
    400m run – 1:04 (only good performance)

    Still pissed about the back squat! Ha
